As Vice President of Michigan, Steve Warren leads OHM Advisors’ mid, northern and southwest Michigan offices, working with local leaders to strengthen client relationships, support regional teams, and identify new growth opportunities. With more than 30 years of experience advising communities across Michigan, Steve brings operational leadership, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of the challenges facing municipal clients.

Steve’s career has included extensive work in transportation, municipal facilities, water and wastewater infrastructure, and pursuing state and federal funding for community projects. His experience working with municipalities, road agencies, school districts, and other public and private entities has given him a broad perspective on how infrastructure priorities, funding, and long-term community goals come together.

A collaborative leader, Steve emphasizes trust, communication, and an environment where teams can contribute ideas and grow. In his expanded role, he will help connect OHM’s multidisciplinary expertise across its Michigan offices while ensuring clients continue to receive the local relationships and responsive service that have long defined the firm.

Steve is active in the Michigan County Road Association and American Public Works Association and has served as a guest lecturer at Michigan State University’s School of Planning, Design and Construction and College of Engineering.
