Reimagining a Medical Spa for Advanced Aesthetic Care

CAPS (Columbus Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery) expanded its Central Ohio presence with the transformation of a three-story, 21,000-square-foot spa and salon into a state-of-the-art medical spa and plastic surgery consultation facility in Gahanna. Acquired as part of a strategic facility restructuring and relocation initiative, the building was comprehensively renovated to support CAPS’ growing practice and evolving service offerings.

CAPS engaged OHM Advisors to lead the interior and exterior renovation, marking the second large-scale collaboration between the organizations. The facility now includes multiple procedure and consultation rooms, laser treatment and CoolSculpting suites, a holistic wellness center, a virtual pharmacy, and a centralized customer support center.

The redesigned facility balances clinical efficiency with a refined, patient-centered environment, reinforcing CAPS’ reputation as a regional leader in wellness, aesthetic and plastic surgery care.
