Congratulations to the 2026 OHM Advisors Scholarship Winners
Recognizing the 9th Annual Class of STEM-Focused Scholarship Recipients
OHM Advisors is pleased to announce the 2026 recipients of its annual scholarship. Now in its ninth consecutive year, the OHM Advisors Scholarship recognizes exceptional students who are enrolled in, or plan to pursue, a U.S. STEM program or a field related to the firm’s areas of practice.
As part of our commitment to fostering the next generation of talent in critical fields of science, technology, and engineering, the scholarship program has helped 69 students advance their career goals since its inception. Students have pursued areas study including architecture, CADD, engineering, and construction.
This year’s recipients were chosen through a juried review of applications and essays submitted by eligible candidates. The 2026 class includes new and repeat winners, many of whom have interned with the firm, and all of whom demonstrate a commitment to their studies and to contributing to a better world through their future work. Each winner received a monetary award of $5,000 to further their studies.

Ian Mills, Northeastern University
Ian Mills is entering his third year of civil engineering study at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. A 2024 graduate of Fenton Senior High School, he spent four months working as an intern in OHM Advisors’ Fenton office last year.
Jesus Rangel, Oregon State University
Jesus Rangel is a Construction Engineering Management student at Oregon State University. His academic and professional mission of supporting underserved communities was shaped by his firsthand experiences growing up and witnessing the urgent need for resilient infrastructure, accessible transportation, and equitable housing in his community.
Noor Adam, University of Michigan - Ann Arbor
A three-time OHM Advisors Scholarship recipient, Noor Adam is a junior studying civil engineering at the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor. She previously interned with OHM Advisors in the Transportation Department. Since then, she has completed internships in both construction and structural engineering.
Bryce Howard, Alabama A&M University
Bryce Howard is in his senior year at Alabama A&M University, where he is majoring in civil engineering. He hails from Farmington, MI, and has worked at the OHM Advisors headquarters in Livonia as an Engineering Aide on the Transportation Team.
