Centralized and Efficient Resource Supports Informed Investment Decisions

OHM Advisors designed a custom ArcGIS Online Experience platform that provides developers with instant access to explore prime industrial sites for sale in Polk County, Tennessee. Funded through the Select Tennessee Program, the platform highlights six industrial sites identified by the Polk County Chamber of Commerce as viable for future development.

Each industrial site has a dedicated profile page featuring drone footage, site-specific videos, a suite of interactive mapping tools, and downloadable data that includes property boundaries, transportation infrastructure (road and rail), environmental information, topography (contours and slope), surrounding parcels, and other relevant site attributes. Some pages also include conceptual site plans to illustrate possible development layouts.

Together, these features offer potential investors a comprehensive tool for opportunity evaluation while supporting Polk County’s broader economic development vision.
