Rebecca Brown is the regional GIS Manager for Tennessee. She has more than two decades of experience and manages GIS team professionals throughout the region from the Nashville office. She also oversees projects for utility districts, counties, municipalities, and private entities. Her experience ranges from the creation of GIS data applications and processes and lead service line inventories to comprehensive GIS and asset management modernization efforts. Prior to joining OHM Advisors, Rebecca served seven years at the White House Utility District—most recently as GIS Integration Manager. She also spent nearly 13 years at Bowling Green Municipal Utilities, where she started her career and ultimately held the position of GIS Administrator. 

Rebecca is a member of the Tennessee Geographic Information Council (TNGIC) and Geospatial Professional Network (GPN).
