OHM Advisors Announces Twelve New Shareholders

Twelve outstanding leaders exemplifying excellence and commitment to advancing communities join Ownership Team

OHM Advisors is pleased to announce the election of twelve new shareholders to its ownership group. Pictured above, from left: Tony Burgoyne, Bill Callaghan, David Conn, Josh Slaga, Amy Crowgey, Brent Racer, Matt Kennedy, Taryn Juidici, Dudley Orr, Cara Parks, Steven Siklich, and Jason Strong. The election of these individuals was approved at a recent meeting of OHM Advisors’ board of directors and partners. 

As our firm continues to grow, welcoming this group of extraordinary individuals as shareholders marks an exciting next step and ensures that we will continue to meet our mission of advancing communities.

Meet our new shareholders

Tony Burgoyne

Tony Burgoyne, PE, is Principal and Regional Lead of the firm’s Environmental & Water Resources Group. Prior to joining OHM Advisors nearly four years ago, he spent 22 years at GPD, advancing to Director of Public Markets and Practice Leader of the Water Group. Tony’s energy and enthusiasm are contagious among staff and clients alike.

Bill Callaghan

Bill Callaghan, PE, SWPPP, became a Principal at OHM Advisors in 2023. His primary role is Construction Manager, leading the firm’s Field Services teams. Known for his technical excellence and dedication to clients, Bill is responsible for nurturing the firm’s relationships with Metro Nashville and the Tennessee Department of Transportation.

David Conn

David Conn, PE, has more than 18 years of transportation engineering knowledge and over 10 years of service with OHM Advisors as Project Manager and Client Representative. Known for his “do what it takes” mentality and high degree of integrity, David embodies the core values of our firm while building and sustaining client and team relationships. 

Josh Slaga

Josh Slaga, PE, is a proven leader in public works. He has 16 years of experience delivering infrastructure projects to municipal and state clients, with an emphasis on helping communities implement capital improvement projects. Josh’s expertise spans the full lifecycle of a project including planning, funding, public involvement, detailed design, plan development, bidding, and construction administration.

Amy Crowgey

Amy Crowgey, PE, joined OHM Advisors in 2013. She quickly demonstrated her leadership and commitment to delivering exceptional client solutions. Now a Senior Project Manager for OHM Advisors’ Transportation Team, she has expanded her responsibilities to include staff training and mentorship, proposal development, and departmental process improvements. Amy was named Employee of the Year in 2020.

Brent Racer 

Brent Racer consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication, expertise, and leadership. Brent’s specialization in multi-family and mixed-use projects has significantly expanded our service offerings. His work aligns seamlessly with our PLACE group, creating new opportunities to strengthen our offering to clients. 

Matt Kennedy

Matt Kennedy, PE, is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with over 20 years in the industry and nine years at OHM Advisors. Within the Environmental & Water Resources Group, he leads design and construction of water and wastewater facility projects. Matt has consistently contributed throughout his OHM Advisors career, managing multiple facility projects and providing critical technical expertise on complex client issues. 

Taryn Juidici

Taryn Juidici, PE, is a Senior Technical Leader for the OHM Advisors Transportation Team. She leads growth in the Traffic sub-discipline and excels at identifying project funding, as well as developing and mentoring talent. Taryn is known as the “go-to” Traffic Engineer for complex intersection and corridor studies.  

Dudley Orr 

Dudley Orr has 35 years of professional experience, including three years with the Municipal Group at OHM Advisors. Previously, he worked for 30 years at Phillips and Jordan, serving in roles that included leading their industrial/commercial and disaster recovery groups. Additionally, he expanded new geographic markets and service lines. 

Cara Parks

Cara Parks has 19 years of industry experience and serves as the Livonia Construction Group Manager. Cara has made exceptional project management and cross-disciplinary collaborations contributions throughout the firm, including leadership in the Women in Field Services affinity group.

Steve Siklich

Steve Siklich, PE, is dedicated to his clients and will always put in extra effort when needed to overcome issues or meet a challenge. Often working across offices and disciplines, he is a team player, well beyond his Auburn Hills Municipal team. He focuses heavily on staff development, engagement, and coaching. 

Jason Strong

Jason Strong, a 23-year industry veteran, started at OHM Advisors as a Construction Field Technician 15 years ago. Jason now serves as Principal and Manager of the Mount Pleasant office and OHM Advisors Fleet Coordinator. He is known for his aptitude and willingness to mentor other staff. He has also advanced our federally funded project capabilities.
