OHM Advisors Acquires Community Image Builders
Strategic acquisition expands planning, housing and community branding capabilities to support economic development across the region
OHM Advisors is proud to announce the acquisition of Community Image Builders (CIB), a community planning and development consulting firm based in Fenton, Michigan. This strategic acquisition marks OHM Advisors’ third in less than a year, strengthening its capabilities in planning, housing development and economic growth strategy.

Founded in Fenton, Michigan, CIB has more than 13 years of experience delivering planning, housing and branding solutions to public and private sector clients. The firm’s approach of combining data-driven insights with strategic marketing and identity services has helped communities attract developers, residents and investment. The acquisition enhances OHM Advisors’ ability to serve clients holistically by adding community positioning and marketing to its full-service platform. It also builds upon the firm’s level of expertise in planning, economic development, and redevelopment services.
