Greg is an underground utility expert for municipalities with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. He regularly executes large multi-agency projects with multiple owners and regulatory agencies. He specializes in open trench and trenchless methods of construction, inflow and infiltration evaluation, and repair projects such as sewer metering, manhole and pipeline rehabilitation, smoke testing, and footing drain analysis and disconnection. Additionally, he has a strong background in design and construction of stormwater best management practices (BMPs) including streambank stabilization techniques, infiltration trenches, bioswales, rain gardens, and porous pavement.
Greg works all facets of construction engineering and contract administration from design conception through construction closeout. He has been the project engineer for over 50 miles of water main installation, 7,000 water and sanitary service lead replacements, 5 miles of sanitary sewer replacement, 25 miles of storm sewer replacement, and 60 miles of residential and collector road replacement. Greg is skilled with project funding mechanisms such as the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA); the Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF); the Stormwater, Asset Management, and Wastewater (SAW) Grant; and the State Revolving Fund (SRF).
