Project Spotlights

Integrated Sustainable Asset Management Plan | Oakland County, MI

Working alongside the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner (OCWRC), our team of sustainability experts created an Integrated Sustainable Asset Management Plan – focused on four sewage disposal systems as part of Michigan’s Stormwater, Asset Management, and Wastewater (SAW) Grant program.

This water-energy nexus project incorporated a planning-level analysis to identify prioritized locations conducive to the construction of green infrastructure. The results of this study provided recommendations for sustainable asset management and capital improvement plans, and established sustainability goals for groundwater recharge in Oakland County.
