Our Traffic group is headed by Stephen Dearing, Professional Engineer and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer. Mr. Dearing is one of the state’s leading experts in traffic engineering. With more than 25 years experience, including serving as Highway Traffic Safety Engineer for the National Safety Council, Mr. Dearing served as head of Traffic Safety Division for the City of Rochester Hills.
