Planning & Funding
Before engineering begins, we work side by side with community leaders to plan capital programs and secure funding for projects.  From crafting millage ballot language, to writing grant and low-interest loan applications, we understand funding sources and administration requirements.

Every year, we write, obtain, or administer 35 to 50 grant, loan, or other federal/state funding sources.  This equates to $25,000,000 to $45,000,000 of infrastructure constructed any given year.
