Construction Considerations for Transportation Design Engineers

This panel discussion will provide an understanding of the overall construction process in order to improve design-construction coordination. Panelists will focus on how the design development affects construction – and how issues are coordinated and resolved.

The interactive panel discussion will be moderated by OHMer Ruth Klee, transportation project manager, and will include four main topics: Constructability/Errors & Omissions; Design & Construction Coordination; Changes During Construction; and Work Zone Design and Safety.
